Our philosophy is that if it's good enough, you'll come back for more. We make all of our own jerky, including seasonal varieties, and we look for only the highest quality mustards and other products to provide to you as well. I started making jerky over 20 years ago,
and have always enjoyed coming up with new and interesting flavors. We pride ourselves on being different. Our Easy Chew™ jerkies are very flavorful, and not your typical "rip-your-teeth-out" jerky. They're made freshly by hand, with only the finest cuts of meat. We've also cut back on the sodium, so you can really taste the flavor. Unlike our "competitors", we don't put a bunch of inedible stuff into our product to make it last forever. Unfortunately, that means our jerky is meant to be enjoyed within a few weeks. We think that tasty jerky that lasts a few weeks, is better than the "leather" that lasts as long as plastic; and once you taste our jerky, we know you'll agree.
