All of our products are perishable. As a result, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product was defective, either in manufacturing, packaging, or shipping; please let us know immediately and we will replace the item(s). We may request that you return the defective product, so that we can perform a quality assurance review; so contacting us immediately is critical. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded.
Mister B’s Jerky Co., its owners, and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage or loss due to carrier actions (or inactions) in transit. If a problem of this nature occurs, please inform us so that we may take issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided delivery addresses, or shipments that are returned undeliverable. It is the recipient’s responsibility to receive the package upon delivery, or in a timely manner after delivery. We pack our products for normal shipping methods, times, and standard conditions; however you should immediately unpack your product upon receipt, and follow safe food storage practices. We are not responsible for mishandled food products.
